This website provides general information about our security services. It does not provide a site-specific risk assessment or create a contract for security services. We aim to keep the content accurate and current, but your requirements must be assessed before a service is agreed.

Any starting prices or examples on the website are indicative. Final pricing depends on the service, location, coverage, staffing, equipment and other agreed requirements. Your written quote should confirm the scope, applicable GST and any additional charges.

Submitting an enquiry or requesting a quote does not confirm a booking. Service arrangements are confirmed separately with the client. The agreed service documents set out matters such as coverage hours, response arrangements, payment, variations, cancellation and any service-specific responsibilities.

These website terms do not replace a separately agreed service contract. A later update to these website terms does not automatically change an existing service agreement.

Please provide accurate, relevant information when you contact us. You must be authorised to share any information about a property, business or another person. Do not submit alarm codes, passwords or sensitive site-access instructions through the general website enquiry form; we will arrange an appropriate way to exchange these where needed.

Any attendance or response commitment depends on your agreed service arrangements. General website descriptions do not guarantee a specific attendance time or that every security incident can be prevented.

Website text, branding, designs and other materials belong to Ten Seven or their respective owners, or are used under permission. You may view and print material for your own reference. Any other reproduction or commercial reuse requires permission from the relevant rights holder, except as permitted by law.

This website may link to external websites or include third-party services such as maps.
