Tell Us What You Need
Start with a call, email or website enquiry. Tell us what you want to protect, where the site or event is located and when you need coverage.
It helps to share the service you are considering, preferred dates and hours, known security concerns and a contact person for follow-up. If you are unsure which service you need, we can explain the options.

Assess the Site and Security Risks
We review your requirements and arrange a site assessment where needed. The assessment considers access points, layout, operating hours, valuable assets, existing systems and known hazards.
For an event, we also consider the venue, attendance, entry arrangements and crowd movement. For a construction project, we consider the project stage, deliveries and areas exposed after hours.

Build Your Security Plan and Quote
We recommend a service or combination that fits your requirements. This may involve static guards, mobile patrols, alarm response, event security, CCTV monitoring, access control or construction site security.
The proposed plan sets out the coverage, main duties, communication arrangements and any equipment or setup requirements. Your quote explains the agreed scope and pricing so you can review the proposal before proceeding.

Confirm the Arrangements
Before services begin, we agree the start date, coverage hours, site instructions and service terms. We also confirm authorised contacts, access arrangements and how incidents should be escalated.
Where a system connection or installation is required, we confirm compatibility, setup work and testing. Any specific attendance targets or response commitments must be agreed as part of your service arrangements.

Prepare and Start Your Service
Our team is briefed on the agreed duties and relevant site information. Depending on the service, this includes access procedures, known hazards, patrol areas, restricted zones and emergency contacts.
Guards and patrols work to the agreed instructions. Monitoring and response arrangements follow the confirmed setup and escalation process. The start time is confirmed once the necessary preparations are complete.

Report, Review and Adjust
We communicate about relevant incidents and service activity according to the reporting arrangements agreed with you. This helps you understand what happened and any follow-up required.
If your site, project or event requirements change, contact us to review the coverage. Any change to duties, hours, equipment or pricing is discussed and agreed before the revised arrangement takes effect.

Keep sensitive details safe
Provide only information needed for the service. Avoid sending alarm codes, passwords or sensitive access details through the general website form. We will agree an appropriate way to exchange them.
